Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon granulated erythritol or preferred keto sweetener
  • 4 slices keto bread
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter for cooking

Instructions

  • Grab your shallow bowl and whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, vanilla, cinnamon, and erythritol until it’s smoother than your best dance move at a wedding.
  • Heat up your non-stick skillet over medium heat and swirl around that butter until it’s melted and looking glossy, like it’s ready for its close-up.
